Off the rip, Jay and his team came in ready to work. The most valuable was installing a way for the workers to get in and out of the home using a lock box to help make hours worked more efficient. Jay made sure his team accomplished the work hired to do. He and I had meetings by phone on the repairs estimate. Where there were discrepancies, we easily worked through them.
